My Question or Issue

My renewal failed at first because of an insufficient balance on the card. So added some money to the card and tried to update the card details. But it is not getting updated and I tried multiple times and even with other cards. But I am still facing the issue.

After updating the card details, it redirects to https://accounts.spotify.com/en/status

every time, but the card details are not updated. So please look into this.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

I get that you've experienced some issues with updating your payment details. You can check the info we have here, and also try to do it once again but using an incognito window of your browser, as this helps resolve possible cache-related issues. 

Keep in mind that the Community is a public forum and it's not the right kind of platform for supporting issues that concern your personal data and account payments. If you still need some help with actions on your profile, it's best to contact our Support team who can give you a hand with this, privately.
