Hello! My name is Sophia and I use for Students! I had a problem paying with my old card, when I saw this problem I updated the details of my other card. The payment was made, I even received the receipt in my email, but in the app it's still showing as like I did not pay . Sorry for my English, I'm Brazilian

 I don't know what else to do, will they cancel my account?

Was the receipt sent from Spotify or from your bank?

When you click on the link bellow, does your account show as Free or Premium?

If it says Free, and the receipt was sent from Spotify, it's likely that you have a second Spotify account. In this case please check the correct credentials to log in the right one and let me know how it goes!
