Hello,

I verified by Sheer ID service, but didn't get student discount, so I decided to use default premium subscription for now.

If I try to verify myself anew, service says that I'm already verified. I didn't get any email from Sheer ID, I have checked folder Spam too.

I'd recommend getting in touch with SheerID here, since they handle verification.
