Hey @Jazka1,
Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation.
Just to be on the same page, have you tried the steps mentioned by @Vasil in the previous response? If you have the error message opening the link sent above as well, it's possible that the Premium Student plan is not available on your market.
To check on this, we'd recommend opening the Subscription page, making sure that the country displayed at the bottom of it is the one you're currently located on (as seen below) and check if you have the Premium Student tab available. If not, the plan is not currently available in your country.
Hope this helps. If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Hey @malvesaj,
In case you've used the Student Plan for four years in total, you will not be eligible for the plan any longer.
However, if you haven't tried the plan before or it has expired (needs renewal every year), then you may not have gone through the SheerID verification process first.
Check out these steps and make sure you're following all of them. Should anything go wrong again, don't hesitate to reach back to us and let us know what errors you get and at which step. We'd be happy to take a look for you 🙂
Hope this helps! Keep us posted 🙌🏼
I've been trying to pay for my student premium but the website is on hold. The process is stopped on the 'choose your plan' page and I keep clicking on my plan but nothing changes in the page. What do I do??
I get that error since I try to verify myself as a student.
