Wrong Email used for sign up

During the sign up process for spotify student premium I accidentally put in the wrong school email during the SheerID verification process, now when i try and sign up again with the right email it says' you have already redeemed this offer' when I don't have premium access.

Just to confirm, did you receive an email from SheerID validating your student discount? If not, let's try setting up the discount again using a different browser or an incognito window.
