Student Discount

I am currently enrolled at a college and it is saying that i am not verifed as a student when I am enrolled.

How can I get the discount?

If you're enrolled in a university or college, but the system isn't verifying you, a couple of things could be happening.

If your classes haven't started yet, the automated system won't be able to verify your details, so you'll need to wait to get the discount.

Your student details might not be matching on SheerID's end, so make sure all the information you're entering is the same as when you enrolled at college or university. If this isn't the case, we suggest using the manual verification (there should be a link on the student subscription page to do this)

Also, your college or university might not be eligible for this discount, in which case, you'll need to contact SheerID for more information.
