error trying to get spotify premium for students

Hey guys,

I am a student in the Netherlands, trying to activate spotify premium for students. However, the sheerid necessary to verify that I'm a students gives an error after I fill in my details: "Er is een onbekende fout opgetreden. Probeer je verzoek later nog eens in te dienen." The error is in Dutch and translates to "An unknown error occurred. Try your request again later". However, later, the same thing happens. Any tips?
