come on guys i really need help

 i have paid today 42 turkish lira for spotify's current campaign (student premium), but my account did not switch over to premium and also it must be 6.99 turkish lira but spotify transferred me 6 time more than this. The money has been transferred from my account, but in support site it said "you would get repayment for this" is that true thing or should i be terrifed? i  my bank account it says spotify transferred and also every 3 minute what is that?? I have done everything that has been said earlier on other forums on this community page, without any luck. I have also sent a e mail but they havent responded yet. can you help me? this is emergency
