premium account problems

i paid for student account twice and I still dont have a premium

Paying too much isn't cool! You probably tried to apply to the student discount many times.

Anyway, don't worry about the money, since the transaction is still on pending. This means that Spotify froze the money from your account, to see if you actually can pay the premium subscription. As soon as Spotify notices that you haven't finished signing up, they are going to unfreeze the money and you will be able to use it again.

Now regarding the premium subscription you want, you should get an email from SheerID stating that you have either confirmed the account, or that you need to resend your documents for any reason that will be listed in the email. Check for such emails and resend the document corrections the error they gave you.
