My Question or Issue


Hi ! I would like to have Spotify premium for student. Therefore I checked my student status with SheerID and everything was okay but because it didn't work after I've checked many times since and now it says that I've already benefited from this offer while it's not true. 

So I wanted to know what I can do now ? (I've already contacted SheerID that said I have to contact directly Spotify, but where can I contact them?)
