subscription page for student plan won't move ahead to make payment

I was trying to renew my premium plan and upon changing it to student plan and the verification by sheerID had been done, the page won't move past subscription page

If you're still unable to process your payment, we'd recommend giving it a try using a different device or an incognito window. Hopefully this should do the trick.

In case it doesn't work, let us know if you're seeing any error messages.

I too have a verified student account but am not able to access the payment page for student premium plan .Am facing the same issue. Going into incognito isn't working so is switching to another device. what should i do now?

Thanks for reaching out about this. 

Just to confirm, have you completed all these steps? If so and you got a confirmation email from SheerID, make sure to click on "Get discount" to activate it and follow the steps to register your payment method. 

If you're struggling to do so, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
