Family plan issue no post code showing

Hi so today I just changed over from premium to family plan so I can add my girlfriend as when I'm at work listening to Spotify if she uses Google home it turns off my music. So I thought I'd get it for both of us. We both love in the same address we own but I don't know how to alter her post code even tried subscribing to Spotify with my PayPal to see if it would changed it but didn't work anyone one got anything that can help ?

Hey @PyRoUk,

 

Welcome to the community!

 

If you're trying to invite someone to join a Premium for Family plan, they don't need to worry about updating the postal code from their profile. At the moment they accept the invite, they'll be prompted to fill all the address information in order to join the plan.

 

If they have any problems, I'd suggest that they try to accept the invite from a Google Chrome incognito window.
