My Question or Issue

 Hello,
Some time I subscribe Account Family,
In this last renewal I became Premium only, without having requested the change.
Can you help me figure out what if I can? My family has the help too.

Just to confirm, did your family members' Spotify accounts went back to Free, or are they still Premium?

 

If they're still Premium, you might have two Spotify accounts with your information, one Premium, and one with the Family plan. To check for multiple accounts, try the suggestions on this support page.

 

If you only have one Spotify account, and the subscription automatically went back to the regular Premium, let us know if you've seen any other weird changes on your account, like unknown devices playing music, or playlists being deleted without your permission.

All accounts became Free.

I confirmed, and I only have one!

I also confirmed, and I did not see any alteration beyond my control.

In this case, could you head over to your account page here and make sure your subscription wasn't downgraded to regular Premium recently.
