Well, I have discovered a very dishonest and fraudulent practice by Spotify. They only give you 15 hours of listening. I am paying for the family plan. I decided to use Spotify to re-listen to a book I had listened to previously on another streaming service. The very obvious thing I noticed was that Spotify purposely slowed down the recording drastically. I am sure this was done knowing that there wouldn't be enough time to complete the audiobook, in hopes that a customer would have to spend money to complete the book. I messaged customer service about this, and they basically disregarded my concern. As a matter of fact, I was messaging with one customer service rep, and she transferred me to another service member, and that person abruptly ended the support conversation. This is so wrong. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
