Author Redemption Codes

Good afternoon,
     I have been dealing with a redemption code issue Since August 4. I am an author and was given 100 codes for my title.  Thus far, I have sent out 4 codes (only 3 have redeemed them at this time) and each of those listeners are unable to access the title. I have not gotten an update from Spotify since August 18. At this point, since the codes were generated in 2022, and there was a transfer from Findaway Voices to Spotify, maybe the codes have broken? Is there someone I can speak with on the phone to remedy this in a more timely manner?
