To the Spotify Support and Product Teams,

I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the Spotify Premium service in Cambodia. I have been a loyal, paying Premium subscriber for many years, yet I continue to be denied access to core features such as Spotify Canvas and Music Videos.

These features are standard for Premium users in neighboring Southeast Asian markets, including Phillipines, Vietnam, and Indonesia. As a long-term customer, I find it unacceptable and discriminatory to be charged for a "Premium" tier that is functionally inferior to the version offered in other regions.

Spotify has benefited from the Cambodian market for years, yet you continue to treat our nation as a lower priority by withholding product parity. This is a clear case of unfair treatment of financial consumers.

Please consider this my final communication as a subscriber. Due to this ongoing lack of transparency and the absence of a timeline for feature activation, I am cancelling my subscription and switching to Apple Music, which provides a fully dedicated and functional "Videos" section for the Cambodian market.

Be informed that your neglect of smaller markets does not go unnoticed. Cambodian consumers deserve the same value for their money as any other nation.
