Freeze Subscriptions for Iranian Users Affected by Internet Disruptions Since January 7

Hello Spotify Team and Community,
Since January 7, many users in Iran have been unable to access Spotify due to severe internet disruptions and ongoing access restrictions.
During the initial period, internet access was completely unavailable for many users, making it impossible to log in or use Spotify while paid subscriptions continued to run.
Even after partial restoration of the internet, access issues have not been resolved for a large number of users. Due to strict filtering, VPN connections are often unstable or do not connect at all, leaving many accounts still unable to go online despite active subscriptions.
We kindly request Spotify to consider:
Freezing or compensating subscriptions for the affected period starting from January 7
Including accounts that remain inaccessible even after internet reconnection
This situation is entirely beyond users’ control. Iranian users are regular listeners who genuinely value Spotify, and we simply ask for fair treatment during a time when access has not been possible.
