How to submit feedback and ideas

How do I submit app feedback and ideas? I see a section in the forums here for that but I am seeing no way to actually submit anything there, just to read and respond to existing ideas that have been posted. What am I missing?

Yeah it would be great if I could actually submit my feebdback but it gives me "access denied" every time I click that link, ridiculous. I'm on a premium account btw smh

The feedback page is the worst I've ever seen from a company of this status. It allows to to enter the "title of your idea" then takes you to a page that just loads forever when you want to actually submit your feedback. Since the page doesn't even work I'll just say it right here. Reording queue needs to be faster, it takes forever to reorder a long queue because the drag function is so slow, this negatively impacts my experience while using the app. When you drag a song up or down while reordering a playlist it is much faster and that's the speed that the queue should use as well. Also make it so the playlists that a song is already in display at the top of the "add to playlist menu" again. It used to be like this and I can't imagine why on earth it would be changed because it makes what should be an extremely quick action (checking to confirm what playlists a song is in) take much longer than it needs to, especially if like me, you listen to a lot of music.

My spotify keeps stopping between songs and quits working.i have to exit the song and click one after it current one is done,and when it stops I click the next arrow and spins some then on the main app it does the same and when I click the arrow button.It takes me to cry baby, but I'm not even listening to melanie Martinez.And that's not even on my liked list

Provide ability to select more than one category on our Liked Songs instead of just one or have an exclusion inclusion option.
