Inconsistent and Confusing User Experience - Buttons

Hi,

I (a user) have noticed that the more buttons that are added, the less that the UI makes sense.

The buttons and their functions are all over the place - see image attached.

I recommend putting the functions that cover the page (like the What's New, Queue, and Lyrics functions) at the bottom and having all the functions that cover the side bar (Friend Activity, Now Playing View, etc.) at the top - (or the other way around). That way, they're all grouped into what covers the page and what covers only the sidebar, as opposed to everything mashed together.

If you're going to keep adding buttons, at least let them make visual sense.
