Hey there I have paid for Spotify premium and you guys haven’t put it on my account and I want to know why

when you get premium you can go onto the web player and see if the upgrade button is there if it's gone then that means you go premium

Hi there I am B,😊 I am a paying customer who loved Spotify and I'm also I pay for duo and I'd say close to 3 years15,000 downloads Spotify customer service constantly attempts to take the payments three times a month and it's supposed to be once a month and to try to get somebody to give you an honest answer or to really look into it and fix it and get it correct if so we're going to happen they won't give you a straight answer I find that they won't give you a straight answer they'll try to talk you in circles and never ever take responsibility for anything that goes wrong on their rent my suggestion to you would be to save every email every text every correspondent you have with Spotify so that you have something to look back on when you don't get the answers or the assistance that you really need I love the music selections but I don't like being lied to and joked around on a regular basis good luck
