I fell asleep to listening a three minute binural beat. I guess it did the job. It took three months for it to drop out of my Top Tracks (haha). Lucky it never made my Spotify wrapped. 

So Spotify doesn't know if you have your volume is up or if it's muted. Just like it doesn't know if I'm awake or asleep. Every stream counts towards your Top Tracks including Spotify Wrapped. Merry ChristmaZZzz...
