I am a free user through Roku on my tv. The stream randomly freezes, usually at the end of ads, causing me to have to completely exit Spotify and restart. This results in my losing the queue of songs I was looking forward to listening to in that moment. Occasionally the stream freezes at the end of a song, but will continue once I choose the "Skip" option.

 

How do I fix this?
