Opened up my release radar and 80% of the songs are already in my liked songs/playlists and are not from the album they are from compilations of songs?
Has anyone noticed this?
Thanks,
Yes, I did. It has completely ruined the point of the Release Radar for me with tracks I already know. Great 😞
Completely agree!
Yep same here. Makes release radar completely pointless. Spotify really is becoming trashier day by day.
I'm so disappointed. I assume the corporate executives have decided they can make more money by pushing certain artists.
This was my Friday morning ritual. Made me excited to have new songs for the weekend. Now they've ruined a great thing.
I've been considering a move to Apple Music and here's another reason to make the jump.
Very annoying - it completely removes the point of having this list
Was bad enough that it was including tracks from albums flagged don't play
Thank you thought this was just me. This is hot garbage.
Thanks Spotify for letting me know that "In the Garage" by Weezer which came out 31 years ago is on my Release Radar.
Yeah this completely ruined the point of release radar. Will Spotify change this back if enough of us complain or does their track record not support that?
Release radar was one of the only things that Spotify had that was better than Apple Music, but now it is useless. I hope that Spotify can see these complaints and fix the issue. If they do not make this right in the next couple weeks, it’ll be the last straw that pushes me to use Apple Music and leave their platform. I can only assume there are many others who will do the same if this is not fixed.
