Wen you need an updated payment method- there needs to be an easy link that you can go to that actually works while on the app on your phone or whatever...
Because of this and poor communication, I ended up in a time wasting thrash today.
Also, you should have customer service available by phone. Not having this is discriminatory against many members or potential members.  Im sure Spotify does not want to be known as a service that discriminates against people with disabilities and/or the elderly.
