Spotify in Slovakia?

Hi...was trying to found out when Spotify would be available in Slovakia....I live in UK but friend of mine came for a visit and I introduced her to Spotify and she was over the moon..She's back in Slovakia now and not happy that she can't use it anymore..Then,please,do anybody know when Spotify would be available in Slovakia?

It is 2019 ! SheerID is possible with YouTube.. Why still no Spotify for Slovakia students ?!
