Unlimited skips??

So does Spotify usually charge for  "skipping" a track ? I'm confused on this promoted feature tittled "unlimited skips." The concept of charging anyone for simply skipping a track they don't care to hear, is about the most ridiculous thing I have heard a service charging for.

Hello! 

Spotify does not directly charge for skipping. 

On the mobile phone, you can only skip 6 times an hour until it won't work anymore, but on a tablet or a computer you'll have unlimited skips.
