premium subscription not working

i recently brought the premium subscription for 3 months for 59 and now suddenly when i opened spotify it shows free plan. this is not the first time it has happened to me

the same thing happened when i purchased the subscription plan last time

and when i did this time the same problem occurred.please help

I'm no expert but I would suggest looking at your account and check when your next subscription is due.

The other thing to check is that your address is recorded correctly. This may not affect a single premium plan as much but has a bearing for Duo or Family pans
