API App not allowing writes - 403 error

We have an app, on a premium user account. 
We are trying to create and/or write tracks to a playlist.
Everything we do is giving us a 403 error.

We can see our tokens are correct from the auth, and the calls should work.

The app is in development mode - as we've just created it. 

Should this be working as of today given the other changes ongoing with Spotify?

Sounds like an issue with authorization. Does your access token have the right scopes?
