My Question or Issue

I have a few friends registered testing my app. It works fine for most of them and myself. It’s just one user where it only sometimes reports “User not registered in the Developer Dashboard”. Definitely doesn’t make sense because 1) he’s registered and 2) it works sometimes with his account.

  4. Test with other user accounts: Test your app with other user accounts to see if you can replicate the issue. If the issue is unique to this user, it may be a problem with their account specifically.

If the issue persists despite checking the user's account status, reviewing the app's authentication process, and testing with other user accounts, it's possible that there may be a bug or issue with the Spotify API itself.

I think it's a bug on Spotify's end since it works on every other account I tested with consistently, and just this user only gets the“User not registered in the Developer Dashboard” error sometimes. 

 

I too have this problem. It works for all users except this particular user. Is it because they are older and logged in via "facebook"? Please advise.
