Hello Spotify Developer Support,

We experienced widespread API failures with the Spotify Ads API v3 on August 15-18, 2025, and wanted to inquire if there was a known service disruption.

  Issue Details:

  - Time Period: August 15-18, 2025

  - API: Spotify Ads API v3 (api-partner.spotify.com/ads/v3/)

  - Symptoms: Multiple endpoints returning empty responses or authentication errors for previously working accounts

  - Impact: Production data collection failures across multiple client accounts

  Example Failing Endpoints:

  - /businesses/{id}/ad_accounts

  - /ad_accounts/{id}/campaigns

  - /ad_accounts/{id}/ads

The issues resolved automatically without changes on our end, suggesting a service-side incident.

Could you confirm if there was a planned maintenance or unplanned outage during this period? This information helps us distinguish between service disruptions and integration issues.

  Additional Context:

We recently migrated from v2 to v3 and have noticed increased API volatility. Any guidance on best practices for the v3 migration would be appreciated.
