[API] Remove Items from a Playlist

My Question or Issue

It appears as if the API has changed to include a `positions` argument that is not documented.

It does however continue to work without the positions arguments, but only for playlists without episodes. I'm struggling to remove tracks from playlists that include podcast episodes.

I've previously and successfully added podcast episodes to a playlist by adding the market information to the request. This is also undocumented, but functional, behavior. I tried a few variations of this trick, but was unsuccessful at deleting any tracks; songs or episodes.
