API Response not including Local and Unplayable Tracks

My Question or Issue

I am trying to retrieve all tracks in my Liked Songs through the Spotify API. I have some local songs in my Liked Songs, and some songs that are no longer available on Spotify (appear as greyed out). I would like to retrieve the details of these tracks as well in my list.

Currently when I run this API call, it does not return local songs or songs that are no longer available on Spotify. How can I make a call that returns a list that includes the names of these tracks?
