My Question or Issue

Using endpoint http://api.spotify.com/v1/me/playlists returns Total:120 but the number should be more than 200. It was working fine until January 16, 2021.

Playlists are only missing with this API. They are still all there on my Spotify account.

I am seeing this same issue.

So far looking at it, it appears that it is only playlists owned by Spotify that are not being returned by the API.

Another potential explanation is it could be related to playlist folders (as I have all of my Spotify owned playlists in a separate folder).... but I am thinking this one is less likely that the first idea.

Are you potentially seeing similar explanation for the "missing" playlists in your API responses?

Yes, all missing playlists have: "artists": [ "Spotify" ]

But not all playlists from Spotify are missing. I have a range with IDs from 37i9dQZF1DWSIcimvN18p3 to 37i9dQZF1DXddGd6mP5X2a that are missing, and another range from 37i9dQZF1DZ06evO1woeYe to 37i9dQZF1EM4j2c1nCsodO that are not missing.
