API rate limit

Hi Spotify Developer forum,

I'm the founder of a Danish app named Queue. Queue uses the Spotify API to enable Queue users to register with Queue using their existing Spotify account and then to add their favorite Spotify-songs to a collaborative party playlist. 

Queue has begun to hit the rate-limiting from the web API and we have therefore applied for commercial use of the API about 4 months ago even though Queue is still not earning any money.  Our amount of users is now growing rapidly and we will soon run into errors all the time if nothing is done. I'm therefore writing here to hear if there is anything more I can do to contact Spotify and get a higher rate-limit?
