API to Spotify/Youtube for an own platform managing revenues for artists/creators

Hey there,

We are considering building a management tool for artist which will help us/ them to manage their revenues on different plattforms (especially Spotify and YT).

I have been looking here quite some time but did not find information about any API doing that. Knowing Distrokid und similar services I know there must be some info here.

Could you help me please to find that information. Many Thanks in advance!
