[Ads API] Aggregated reports date ranges issue

My Question or Issue

Aggregated reports endpoint behaves weirdly when the report_start and report_end are exactly 90 days apart and the granularity is set to LIFETIME. API v2 returns 'Invalid argument' error message, and API v3 returns "Unknown internal error" with status code 500. When the date range is more than 90 days, both versions of API correctly report that; when it is less -- both work normally, but at the very edge the behavior is clearly wrong.
