App Review Process for extra scope request

Hello! I have an app that was approved for a quota extension before May 15, 2025.

I'm now planning to request a new scope using the feature available in the accepted app settings. I’d like to know: will this trigger a full review of the app again, or will the review focus solely on the newly requested scope?

Additionally, will I still be able to use the app beyond the 25-user limit while the new scope request is under review?

Please let me know how this process is handled, and what the expected review timeframe is, I'm assuming it's still around 6 to 10 weeks, as before.
