Application Quota Extension Request Rejection Email Missing

Hello,

 

The quota extension request for my application was rejected a few weeks ago, but I haven't received any emails explaining the reason for rejection. We would like to start working on the improvements to get our application approved, but it becomes tricky without the feedback email. Our release has been delayed and this delay has been costing us resources so we would like to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible.

 

The instructions say that we are supposed to receive an email:

"The app review team will review the information that you have provided, test out your app and send you feedback by email, to the email address associated with your Spotify account."

 

The instructions posted by @Nikola in this forum also say:
"You will receive an email with applied rejection reasons, and further instructions on how (if) to proceed. Please make sure to read the email thoroughly to understand the reasons for rejection, and possible next steps."

 

I'd appreciate it if you could please send me an email explaining the reason for rejection so I can start working on it.

The email associated with the account starts with f...@gmail.com.

I have the same concern. I was supposed to receive an email with feedback but didn't and can't find any other method to contact support for this. I'd also appreciate it if I could receive an email with feedback on my app: Expand Your Music. The email associated with the account starts with mary...@gmail.com.

You can better post the Client ID of your app.
