My suggestion 

i always have problem with the organization of my playlists etc. Because I do not want to delete any since they are my memories. I think it would be a Great option to have the possibility to archive your playlists so you do have a clear view of your library but you do not have to delete your playlist and still find them in another map.

You can't delete playlists using the API, anyways; you can unfollow them. When you delete a playlist on a Spotify client, you are really unfollowing it. You can always follow it again given a valid URI. See Working with Playlists.

So, you can unfollow playlists and retain a list of their URIs in order to archive them.
