Building a podcast database

I was told to post this here to get in touch with the right person at Spotify so that is what I am doing.

I am looking to establish a partnership to allow api access to scrape podcasts, their transcripts, and listening stats to create a vector database of podcasts. The use case of this is to allow thought leaders to upload their content and match them with the podcasts where their content will best perform.
