Can I display LastFM data?

I have seen multiple webpages that include some sort of collage generators for LastFM and Spotify in the same webpage, so I was wondering ¿What are the limits of the Prohibited Aplicatons rule 5?

I was thinking about merging Spotify with some fileds of LastFM data, for example, displaying the number of scrobbles of a specific track, LastFM tags, or some album information next to the Spotify Track Details. 

Am I allowed to display this kind of data inside my application?
