Can my app be allowed on the app store?

Hello, 

I would like to create an app that is basically spotify's collaborative listening feature, but with additional features like voting for songs and adjusting queue positions for what the connected device is. I have a working prototype, but I am wondering if it would be an app that could be accepted by Spotify and the app store before I continue working on it. 

Any guidance would be great thanks!

Spotify doesn’t support third- party apps. Anything they allowed in the past I believe stopped in 2014
