My Question or Issue

My plan before was premium individual, I recently upgrade to premium duo but I don’t know how to change my plan and it still requires me to pay again.

Hi Shiloh32, Welcome to the Community,

After you cancel a Duo subscription, you have to wait until the end of that subscription before you can subscribe to Individual.

Because Individual and Duo are two different subscriptions, you have to pay again for that.
