   I want to know, How to generate spotify pair code for creating profile for spotify account, To logged like Android Smart TV.

I think you have to make your own authentication server for this to enable OAuth 2.0 Device Flow. It is explained at this page.

I'm asking about how to create spotify profile for pairing device, As like Android Smart TV and Your Mobile phone.  Please check below attachments reference. I want to create same way of custom app for spotify login flow.

I think custom apps can't use that endpoint. Therefore I suggested the OAuth 2.0 Device Flow.

My Requirement is similar like pairing spotify App's login flow  in between Android Smart TV & Mobile APP.

I want to create login flow same like app. In between two Mobile Phones via QR Code scan.
