Can no longer make changes to a playlist that I created

Hi, I'm running into a very weird issue with a playlist I created (uri spotify:playlist:40zpDuvEjmd5MxF9jrmo9R). I can't seem to make any changes to it any more, including updating the description (gives me an error: Failed to save playlist changes), deleting songs (it removes the song for one second, then the song reappears - even the total song count goes down by one and then reverts back to the original number), or making changes through the api (I get error 502). I don't know what's going on, but the playlist used to work and I'm able to make changes to all of my other playlists.

This just started happening maybe around a week ago. It almost feels like the playlist is locked or frozen or something similar. Would appreciate any help!
