Can't Accept Developer TOS

Can't accept the developer ToS, payload is:
{value: 10}
and response is:
{"message":"Expected a value.","code":3,"details":[]}

Tried different browsers and clearing cookies.

been like this all day. an older thread resurface with same issue and a couple hrs ago a user reported a workaround that also worked for another user if you wanna give it a shot (didn't work for me though).

I got in touch with support earlier today and they said it's been escalated. hopefully it'll be resolved soon.
