Can't access Dev Dashboard

Hi, I'm facing the following new issue: I'm logged in into https://developer.spotify.com. If I now try to access the dashboard I have to accept new Developer Terms. But this doesn't work on any browser. I always get a popup message that an error is occured. 
So I'm not able to access the Dashboard any more.
