Clarification request: AI integration for playlist organization

Hi everyone!

I'd like to build an application for reordering songs in a playlist based on an arbitrary prompt using Chat GPT.

This application would use the Spotify API to fetch the playlist data, Chat GPT to provide the reordered indexes and the Spotify API again to update the playlist.

The data passed onto Chat GPT would be things such as track name, artist name and genre, album name, etc.

I'd like to make sure whether this would violate the Spotify Developer Terms, specifically the Spotify Developer Policy Section III.14 ("Do not use the Spotify Platform or any Spotify Content to train a machine learning or AI model or otherwise ingest Spotify Content into a machine learning or AI model.").

As you mentioned it yourself, it is against the Spotify for Developers' Terms.
