Commercial Use- Developer API

Good evening. I have a question about the developer policy for commercial use. I'd like to build up an "extra service" using the developer api but I'm not sure If can monetize it for maintaining server and all that it's needed. In the spacific way, it'll be like a playlist generator with some other functions (no streaming or playback). Can I sell that service to my final end users? An answer will be much appreciated, thank you.
