DBus Method for Like/Dislike current track.

The current DBus interface, while covering the basics - such as play/pause, stop, next, etc. - does not currently have a method to add/remove songs from "Liked" (equivalent to pressing the "Save to Your Library" heart button). Adding such an interface would make quickly liking songs, without switching applications or having to rely on an external web API, possible.

I propose the addition of the following DBus methods:

• ToggleLike - Toggle the currently playing song between like/unliked.
• Like - Explicitly set the 'Liked' status to true.
• Unlike - Explicitly set the 'Liked' status to false.

Obviously the naming of these methods can follow whatever internal conventions are utilized. This is just for the sake of explanation.
